My heart and passion are in working with those who have had difficult life experiences. Whether that be trauma, attachment issues, anxiety, ASD, or a plethora of other experiences or diagnoses. I strive to work hand in hand with my clients and support them in living happy and healthy lives.

I prioritize creating a safe space for clients to heal and grow. I approach therapy with a client-centered technique and build on their own skills and unique qualities. I employ play and a laid-back, comfortable technique in order to build confidence and reduce anxiety. Therapy can be fun and something people enjoy.
