I am a strong believer that people are doing the best with what they are given. I provide trauma informed care that strives to provide healing and positivity to one's life. Within my practice, I work hand in hand with my clients to set tangible goals specific to the client’s needs. I work hand in hand with my clients to understand and set tangible goals specific to the client’s needs. These skills can then be transferred to everyday life situations that can be practiced. Over time and practice, my sessions help rewire the negative thoughts and behaviors in order to construct a more positive and wholesome you. Life is difficult and we all need help at some point. Working through it with someone trustworthy is just the first step in creating a better you.
