About the Therapist
My process involves meeting you where you are with an authentic understanding and acceptance, walking alongside you to reach your goals. Together, we can explore and enhance your entire wellbeing.
As a trauma-informed marriage and family therapist, I employ a systemic, relational perspective when meeting with couples and individuals. I take a collaborative and holistic approach so that we may create more sanctuary in the mind and navigate more mindfully the connectedness of those around you. Healing from trauma can release what's holding you back from the most fulfilling relationships.
Informed by mindfulness traditions, I apply ideas from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I am most interested in your experience and how, through dialogue, we create meaning of and within our lives.
