 My holistic approach is rooted in the psychodynamic perspective of navigating past experiences and a humanistic desire for growth. I am passionate about finding meaning in childhood experiences and how they appear in adulthood. I aim to work with individuals who want to grow from those experiences while learning to build healthy relationships. Relationships can be part of the building blocks we use to develop ourselves, so it is essential to surround ourselves with healthy ones. In addition to relationships, another passion I have is in sports performance. I played collegiate sports for years and understood how stress and sports go hand in hand. My approach will confront the high expectations of playing sports and look at the well-being of athletes. On the other hand, I also strive to support individuals who recently stopped playing sports. The adjustment of moving away from something that has been a part of your life forever can be challenging, so I hope to support you through these new experiences.
