Do you struggle with an inner voice that tells you you're not enough? Do you often find yourself feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or down - disconnected from the present moment? Are there patterns in your life that you’ve tried to break but can’t seem to figure out how? I bring a compassionate and nonjudgmental approach to therapy, supporting individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, negative self-talk, and trauma recovery.

My work is grounded in mindfulness and somatic-based practices, helping you reconnect with your body and emotions in a safe and supportive space. I also integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) to foster insight and curiosity around the patterns and dynamics you’re ready to explore and transform.
