Ivan Arteaga brings strategic vision, operational excellence, and a grounded presence to his role as Chief Operating Officer at Bellevue Counseling. With a strong background in systems management and organizational leadership, Ivan has played a key role in supporting the clinic’s growth, streamlining operations, and ensuring that both clinicians and clients have what they need to thrive.

Since joining the team in 2024, Ivan has overseen major expansions in infrastructure, technology, and client services—all while staying aligned with Bellevue Counseling’s mission: to provide trauma-informed, human-centered care rooted in both clinical integrity and compassion.

Ivan’s approach is calm, thoughtful, and solution-focused. He is passionate about creating environments where people feel safe, empowered, and seen—whether that’s in a staff meeting, a client intake process, or a systems redesign. His quiet leadership and behind-the-scenes work have been instrumental in helping the practice run smoothly and grow with heart.

Outside of work, Ivan enjoys fitness, time in nature, and supporting local creative projects. As Daniel’s brother, his commitment to Bellevue Counseling runs deep—and his values are reflected in every corner of the organization.
