I have found my approach resonates most with those seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the world they find themselves navigating. I work with young adults, couples, and adults experiencing identity development, life transitions, interpersonal struggles, anxiety, depression, and grief, offering a space where thoughts and emotions can unfold, be met as they are, and develop into meaningful insight.

My approach is reflective, compassionate, and grounded in existential and phenomenological perspectives; in other words, I take care to approach each individual with respect for their individuality, culture, religion, lived experiences, and personal process of exploration. I provide a secure and supportive environment to ponder, adapt, and grow—embracing the full spectrum of human experience without shame, expectation, or pressure.

Sometimes, one of the hardest things to do is allow ourselves the grace of a listening ear. But when we do, a space is created where thoughts can settle, emotions can be felt, and new possibilities begin to emerge.
