About the therapist
I work with people who are seeking deeper connection—with themselves, with others, and with the world around them. Many are navigating grief, identity shifts, anxiety, or major life transitions, and feel called to better understand how their past has shaped their present. I welcome individuals from all walks of life and strive to honor the uniqueness of each person’s story, including their cultural, familial, and social experiences. I’m especially drawn to working with people in times of transition—adolescence, young adulthood, menopause, and moments of loss or unexpected change. Together, we create space for healing.

I offer a warm, thoughtful space to explore what’s weighing on your heart. Drawing from Person-Centered, Jungian, Gestalt, Attachment, and Psychodynamic traditions, I support people moving through grief, anxiety, depression, identity shifts, relationship struggles, and life’s many turning points.

Whatever you're carrying, you don’t have to hold it alone. Therapy is a space to feel seen, heard, and supported as you make sense of your experiences. If you’re feeling curious, uncertain, or ready to begin, I invite you to reach out. I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

I work from a Person-Centered, Humanistic, and Existential approach—offering a space where you can slow down, be heard, and explore what truly matters to you, without pressure or judgment. I believe therapy is about making room for what’s real: your questions, your struggles, your hopes, and the parts of you still unfolding. We’ll talk about what’s hard, what’s important, and what it means to live a life that feels meaningful and true to you.
