About Emily

I’m a counselor-in-training currently pursuing my Master’s in Counseling at Arizona State University, with a background in psychology and neuroscience from University of Southern California. My passion for mental health comes from a deep belief that people deserve a space where they feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported without judgment. I enjoy working with young adults and individuals navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. My counseling style is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I strive to create an environment where clients feel safe exploring their experiences at their own pace while building practical tools for growth and healing. I approach therapy with empathy, curiosity, and authenticity. Clients can expect a supportive space where they are encouraged to reflect openly, strengthen self-awareness, and feel empowered in their ability to navigate challenges both inside and outside of counseling. Outside of counseling, I value meaningful connection, personal growth, and balance. I understand how difficult it can be to ask for support, and I aim to make the counseling experience feel approachable, grounded, and human from the very first session.
